Covered
- Frame integrity, including corner caps and joints.
- Writing surface adhesion and flatness.
- Mounting hardware supplied with the board.
- Sliding-track mechanism on sliding systems.
Not covered
- Misuse, abrasion with scouring pads or chemical solvents.
- Transport damage after the buyer signs for delivery.
- Modifications made on-site after installation.
- Wear on consumables (markers, dusters, chalks).

Standard sizes are a starting point. If your wall is a non-standard width, your classroom has a column in the wrong place, or your reception area needs a board in a brand colour, we build it. The largest custom board we have made to date is 4' × 16'.
